1. Introduction

Welcome to UGC Copilot ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to generate content, including text, images, and videos ("Content"). You retain all rights to any Content you generate. You are solely responsible for the Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You grant us a license to use, store, and process this Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video, images, and text content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Variability of Results: AI-generated outputs are inherently unpredictable. Results may include visual artifacts, distortions, unnatural motion, or other unexpected elements. The quality, accuracy, and appearance of AI-generated content can vary significantly between generations, even when using identical inputs.
  • No Guarantee of Output: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific expectations, requirements, or creative vision. AI technology is evolving, and results may not always align with the prompts or descriptions provided.
  • Non-Refundable Credits: Credits and usage counts are consumed at the time of generation. Credits are non-refundable regardless of the quality, appearance, or suitability of the generated output. By initiating a generation, you accept the inherent variability of AI outputs.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UGC Copilot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
